Do you do cruise pickups?
Yes. I regularly pick up guests from both the Frihamnen and Stadsgården terminals. While the base tour fee doesn't include transit, I can easily arrange a private car or taxi transfer. Just include your ship's name, dock, and arrival time in your email and I’ll include the transfer in your quote.
Can you accommodate accessibility needs?
Absolutely. Whether it involves mobility, hearing, sensory, or dietary requirements, please let me know when you reach out. With a professional background in UX and as a certified Norm Engineer, designing experiences around real human needs is second nature to me. I will gladly adapt the route, pace, and stops for your comfort.
Do you have a vehicle?
Yes, I have a comfortable Toyota Yaris that seats up to 3 passengers perfectly. If you'd like to use it for the tour, a clear flat fee based on distance will be added to your quote upfront—no surprises.
How does direct booking compare to Withlocals?
Withlocals is great if you want instant, platform-backed confirmation. Booking directly with me via email gives you the exact same high-quality tour and guide, but at a lower price point because we entirely bypass third-party platform fees.
What is your cancellation policy?
Transitions happen! Cancellations are entirely free up to 48 hours before the tour. For last-minute changes, the fee is 25% within 48 hours and 50% within 4 hours, though I always prefer to reschedule if our timelines align.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Swish (Sweden), bank transfer, or cash on site on the day of the tour. Confirmation and an invoice will be sent by email once we agree on dates.
